Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

• Standard Shipping — estimated 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days
• Free Shipping — available on orders over $50

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at pamela.smith@thecozycollection.store and we'll make it right.
